摘　　要：构建区域创新体系是我国全面建设小康社会,实践科学发展观,建设创新型国家,实现社会主义现代化建设的战略选择。运用SWOT分析方法,分析了我国构建区域创新体系的内部优势与劣势、外部的机遇与挑战,提出了我国构建区域创新体系的战略框架及战略举措。Construction of regional innovation system is the strategy of building a well-off society in an allround way,is the strategy of puting Scientific Concept of Development into practice,is the strategy of building an innovative nation.This paper uses SWOT analysis method,analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges of the construction of regional innovation system in China.According to this analysis,this paper points out the strategic framework and strategic measures on how to construct regional innovation system in China.
