摘　　要：研发(R&D)产业是一种战略性新兴服务产业,且我国很重视R&D产业的研究工作。通过收集国内外R&D产业相关数据并通过统计分析和对比分析方法对中国R&D产业的内外部环境进行SWOT分析。找出中国R&D产业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。结合相关产业国内外发展经验提出中国R&D产业发展战略。为中国R&D产业发展战略和规划的制定提供理论支持。RD industry is an strategic and emerging service industry,and China attached great importance to RD industry research.Though collecting related data of RD industry at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of China RD industry though SWOT analysis with statistical analysis method and comparative analysis method.The paper finds the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of China RD industry.The paper also offers some industrial development strategies of China RD industry combination of relevant industrial development experience at home and abroad.This can also provide theoretical support for formulating industrial development strategies and programming of China RD industry.
