摘　　要：对新技术项目风险的有效管理有助于企业实现创新价值的最大化。本文对新技术项目内外部环境中的各类风险进行梳理与归纳,运用实物期权的思维与方法提出基于风险与实物期权匹配的风险管理框架,为提高企业新技术项目风险管理绩效提供借鉴。Effective management of the risks embedded in new technology project contributes greatly to maximization of the innovation value.After analyzing and summarizing different types of risk in internal and external environment of the new technology project,the paper presents a risk management framework for matching every specific risk to its corresponding opiton based on the real options thinking and approach,providing a reference for companies to improve their risk mangagement performance.
