电针井穴对血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA_1区凋亡因子Bax表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针井穴对血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区凋亡因子Bax的表达的影响。方法:采用双侧颈总动脉反复缺血-再灌注法,术后4天电针"中冲"、"涌泉"治疗,每天1次,共20天。采用免疫组化法(S-P法)检测海马CA1区凋亡因子Bax的表达。结果:与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠海马CA1区可见大量Bax凋亡因子表达,电针井穴治疗后,Bax凋亡因子表达明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:下调海马CA1区促凋亡基因Bax蛋白的表达可能是电针井穴抗血管性痴呆大鼠脑细胞凋亡、保护脑神经元的部分作用机制。Objective:To observe the effects of electroacupuncturing at jing points on apoptosis gene Bax expression in hippocampus CA1 of rats with vascular dementia(VD).Methods:VD models was taken method of repeatedly clipping the common carotid(CCA)of rats to establish,rats were acupunctured at 'zhongchong' and 'yongquan' points,apoptosis factor Bax expression was determined by immunohistochemistry method(S-P).Results:To compare with the sham-operation group,apoptosis factor Bax expression in hippocampus CA1 of model group rats was increased obviously,the apoptosis factor Bax expression in hippocampus CA1 of acupuncturing group was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncturing at jing points can reduce the apoptosis factor Bax expression in hippocampus CA1,that maybe part mechanism of electroacupuncturing at jing points to treat vascular dementia.
