补肾复方对压力负荷增加大鼠血浆内皮素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾复方对压力负荷增加大鼠血浆内皮素的影响。方法:60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组:假手术组、模型组、卡托普利组、补肾复方大、小剂量组,每组12只。观察各组左室质量指数,HE染色观察左室心肌病理形态学变化,采用放射免疫分析法检测血浆内皮素的浓度。结果:模型组左室质量指数、血浆内皮素浓度较假手术组明显增高(P<0.01),治疗组左室质量指数、ET值较模型组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:补肾复方通过降低ET,能够对压力负荷增加致左室肥厚心肌细胞起到保护作用,其疗效与卡托普利相当。Objective:To observe the effect of bushen prescription on plasma endithelin level in pressure overload rats.Methods:60 male rats were divided into 5 groups at random,sham-operation,model,captopril,bushen prescription big and small dose groups,each group contained 12 rats,each group was given the corresponding medicine for days.Observing the left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular myocardium pathological changes were observed by light scope,plasma ET was determined by radioimmunoassay.Results:The LVMI,plasma ET level in model group were obviously elevated,they were higher than those in sham operation group(P<0.01),the LVMI,plasma ET level were obviously lowered after treated,there was significant difference between bushen prescription groups and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion :Bushen prescription can protect myocardium of left ventricular hypertrophy from pressure overload by lowering ET level,its effect was similar to captopril.
