肾错构瘤破裂出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾错构瘤(RAML)破裂出血的诊治方法。方法:回顾分析15例肾错构瘤破裂出血患者的临床资料。结果:15例肾错构瘤破裂出血均行B超和螺旋CT检查,B超诊断正确率为66.7%(10/15),螺旋CT为86.7%(13/15),术前未确诊2例。3例出血量少的保守治疗,2例行患肾部分切除术或肿瘤剜除术,2例行选择性动脉栓塞术,8例行肾切除术。结论:B超和螺旋CT是诊断肾错构瘤破裂出血的主要方法。治疗以手术和选择性动脉栓塞为主。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma（RAML） with ruptured bleeding.Methods：The clinical data of 15 cases of RAML with ruptured bleeding were reviewed retrospectively.Results：All the 15 cases were diagnosed by ultrasonography and spiral CT.The positive diagnosis rate of ultrasonography was 66.7%（10/15） and that of spiral CT was 86.7%（13/15）.2 cases were not diagnosed before operation.3 cases were treated conservatively,2 cases received partial nephrectomy or tumor enucleation,2 cases received selected transcatheter arterial embolization and 8 cases underwent nephrectomy.Conclusion：Ultrasonography and spiral CT for diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma with rupture is advocated.The treatment of renal angiomyolipoma with rupture mainly depends on operation and selective arterial embolization.
