128层螺旋CT颈脑血管成像应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨128层螺旋CT颈脑血管成像临床应用价值。方法:收集150例128层螺旋CT颈脑血管成像检查,对其图像进行观察分析、统计研究,并与DSA检查结果相对照。结果:动脉瘤18例,血管畸形5例,动脉硬化96例,动脉变细42例,静脉异常9例,血管发育变异6例。其中有43例做了DSA检查,检查结果与颈脑血管CT成像结果相符和。结论:128层螺旋CT可以无创、快速、准确并清晰地检查出颈脑血管病变,可作为颈脑血管疾病患者的首选检查方法。Objective：To evaluate the clinical application value of 128-slice spiral CT angiography for neck-cerebral vascular disease.Methods：150 cases of 128-slice spiral CT angiography（CTA） for neck-cerebral vascular examination were collected and their images were observed and statistically analyzed,which were contrasted with the DSA results.Results：Neck cerebral vascular abnormalities were not seen in 26 cases,accounting for 18%.Aneurysm was in 18 cases,vascular malformation in 5 cases,arteriosclerosis in 96 cases（including 65 cases of tortuous arteries,17 cases of overspread arteries,57 cases of arterial wall calcification plaque,45 cases of arterial wall soft plaque,37 cases of arterial stenosis and 8 cases of artery occlusion）,thinning artery in 42 cases,venous anomalies in 9 cases and vascular developmental variation in 6 cases.Among them,43 cases were performed DSA examination,the results were consistent with CTA results.Conclusion：128-slice spiral CT can detect neck cerebral vascular disease non-invasively,rapidly,accurately and clearly and provide the comprehensive information,which can be used as preferred method for diagnosis of neck-cerebral vascular disease.
