摘　　要：目的:探讨微波联合干扰素治疗生殖器疱疹的安全性和疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组。治疗组60例,肌内注射干扰素联合微波。对照组60例,口服更昔洛韦。疗程均为3个月,随访1年。结果:治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。患者均无明显不良反应。结论:微波联合干扰素治疗生殖器疱疹安全、有效。Objective：To explore the effect and safety of microwave combined with interferon（IFN） for treating genital herpes（GH）.Methods：60 patients with GH were randomly allocated into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with microwave followed by IFN intramuscular injection.The other 60 GH patients in the control group were treated with oral ganciclovir.The time of therapy was 3 months and follow-up duration was 12 months in both two groups.Results：The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference of adverse effects rate between two groups.Conclusion：The treatment for GH by microwave combined with interferon is significantly effective and safe.
