摘　　要：国家高新区是我国发展高科技产业的重要基地,需要大量融资支持。文章从高科技产业与风险投资融合的内在机理入手,分析了高新区吸引风险投资的特有优势,评述了当前我国高新区发展风险投资所采取的一些措施,并根据我国状况指出了高新区进一步加强风险投资所需要采取的策略以及相应的制度创新支持。State-level Science Technology Industrial Parks are the main bases for China to develop high technology industry,and therefore need much financial support. In the view of internal mutual needs for the integration of high technology industry and venture capital,the thesis analyses the peculiar advantages for State-level Science Technology Industrial Parks to attract venture capital,studies and comments on some measures taken by the State-level Science Technology Industrial Parks to develop venture capital. According to the actual situation,the thesis puts forward some tactics and corresponding institutional innovations for the State-level Science Technology Industrial Parks to further develop and strengthen venture capital in the future.
