摘  要:研究了罗汉果叶总黄酮(FLSG)的提取条件及其体外清除自由基的能力。正交试验结果显示最佳提取方法为:固液比1∶30,水煮沸提取3次,每次提取50 min。体外实验表明,罗汉果叶总黄酮具有显著的1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH.)和2,2-连氮-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)自由基(ABTS.)清除能力,其IC50值分别为0.51 mg/mL和0.29 mg/mL,清除自由基的能力比2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)更强。The extraction conditions of flavonoids from leaves of Siraitia grosvenorii(FLSG) and their abilities of scavenging free radicals were researched.The results of orthogonal experiment showed the optimum extraction conditions were: material with 30-fold water as solvent was refluxed for three times,each for 50 min.Experiments in vitro showed that FLSG could scavenge free radicals such as DPPH.and ABTS..The IC50(the amount of sample needed to scavenge 50% of free radical) were 0.51 mg/mL and 0.29 mg/mL,respectively.Its free radicals scavenging ability was higher than that of dibutyl hydroxy toluene(BHT).
