摘　　要：通过对现行医院高层病房楼的门、廊、楼梯等的建筑设计与实际使用中人为造成的缺陷的阐述，揭示了这些问题可能会给消防安全及火灾扑救、人员逃生造成的困难，引证了国内外同行部分可借鉴的经验，以引起同道关注，有针对性地根据实际情况，预先采取补救、防范措施。The author made an insightful study of defects incurred by aarchitectural design errors in the gates, gallery, stairs of high rise ward buildings in existing hospitals. The study revealed the risk exposure for firefighting, rescue and personnel evacuation, and referred to experiences from overseas for remedies and precautions to take in advance.
