尖海龙与刁海龙化学成分及药理活性比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较研究尖海龙与刁海龙的化学成分及药效作用。方法对尖海龙和刁海龙的甲醇提取物,采用薄层色谱、指纹图谱及温肾壮阳药理模型,比较两种海龙药材的化学成分和药效作用异同。结果与结论尖海龙和刁海龙药材所含化学成分基本相同,但含量有差异。两种海龙均具有温肾壮阳和抗疲劳作用。Objective Comparison study on the compositions and pharmacological activities for Solenognathus hardwickii and Syngnathus acus. Methods For the methanol extracts of Solenognathus hardwickii and Syngnathus acus, thin-layer chromatography and fingerprint methods were used to compare the differences in compositions and pharmacological activities. Results The components in two orga nisms were identical, except the difference of contents, and the two Syngnathus all had the effects of warming the kidney to strengthening yang and resisting fatigue. Conclusion Both Solenognathus hardwickii and Syngnathus acus showed no conspicuous difference in chemical compositions and pharmacological activities.
