山东省日照市加强肺结核病人DOTS管理措施的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析日照市结防所利用防痨网络加强对肺结核病人实施DOTS管理措施的效果。方法介绍加强DOTS管理措施的做法,并依据各种报表,对实施DOTS管理的病人进行疗效分析。结果由于加强了DOTS管理措施,使病人规则治疗率达99.1%,新发涂阳病人强化期结束痰菌阴转率达97.5%,其治愈率为96.7%。结论加强肺结核病人DOTS管理措施模式既方便了病人,又真正使DOTS管理措施落到实处,保证了访视频率,提高了督导质量和治愈率,提高了对结核病的控制能力总体水平,有力的推动了结核病防治工作的开展。Objective To evaluate the effect of measures enhancing the DOTS management in TB patients. Methods Measures were introduced, and treatment effect of TB patients was analyzed according to reporting forms. Results The regular treatment rate reached 99.1%, the sputum conversion rate of the new smear positive cases at the end of the intensive phase reached 97.5%, and the cure rate was 96.7%. Conclusions These measures not only provide convenience to the patients, but also really make DOTS measures implemented, ensure visit frequency and improve supervision quality and cure rate. Overall, these measures improve the TB control level, and effectively promote the deve lopment of TB control.）
