摘　　要：盐源的彝、蒙古、藏等少数民族,除了稳定使用自己的母语外,基本都能兼用汉语,有的还能兼用其他少数民族的语言,形成了多语并用、和谐互补的语言生活。其成因主要是:国家的民族语言方针政策是语言和谐的基本保障;民族关系的和谐是语言和谐的重要因素;开放包容的语言态度是语言和谐的心理基础;现代化建设促进了语言和谐的发展。People of Yi,Mosuo and Tibetan Ethnic minority groups in the Yanyuan County can steadily use their mother tongues respectively while using Chinese on the whole,and,what is more,many can speak other minority languages.A situation of multi-language use and language harmony has been formed.The main reasons for the harmonious and complementary relationship of languages may lie in the follows,first,the national ethnic language policy is the fundamental guarantee for language harmony;second,the harmonious ethnic relationship is the essential factor for language harmony;third,the openminded attitude towards languages is the psychological basis for language harmony,and last,the modern construction promotes the development of language harmony.
