我国商业银行传统业务的转型及其路径分析

摘　　要：基于对近年来国内外金融市场变化的考察发现,商业银行的经营环境、竞争形势、客户需求等方面均发生了巨大变化,这对单纯依赖资产、负债规模扩张的商业银行传统发展模式构成了威胁。面对严酷的竞争压力,商业银行迫切需要对自身发展模式进行重新定位,传统业务转型势在必行。当前,深入研究我国商业银行业务转型的迫切性、战略重点以及路径对策,对推进银行转型的平稳过渡具有重要的实践意义。商业银行传统业务转型本质上是一种制度性变迁,其核心是优化结构,提升银行的综合竞争力。实现业务转型的主要路径是,通过综合化经营转变业务模式,通过金融创新优化业务结构,通过客户结构调整开创新增长点,通过业务国际化战略加速我国商业银行向国际一流现代商业银行的转型。This paper is based on the study on changes in the domestic and foreign financial markets in recent years,and finds that the operation environment,competition situation,and customer needs of commercial bank have experienced great changes.This poses a threat to the traditional development model of commercial bank that relies solely on the assets and liabilities scale expansion.In the face of severe competitive pressures,commercial bank is in an urgent need to reposition self-development model,and the traditional business transformation is imperative.At present,an in-depth study of the urgency,a strategy focus,and a path response of Chinese commercial bank business transformation has important practical significance on promoting the smooth transition of bank transformation.The traditional business transformation of commercial bank is essentially a kind of institutional change.The core is to optimize the structure and enhance the bank’s overall competitiveness.The main way to achieve business transformation is to change the business model through integrated management,optimize the business structures through financial innovation,open up new growth points through client structural adjustment,and accelerate the transformation of Chinese commercial bank to excellent modern commercial bank through the strategy of business internationalization.
