摘 要:用异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG),丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等原料合成了不同相对分子质量聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)。考察了不同相对分子质量的PUA对增韧及粘接强度的影响,并与端羧基液体丁腈橡胶(CTBN)及聚砜(PSF)增韧进行了比较。这三种增韧方法都能有效地提高环氧树脂基阳离子型光固化胶黏剂的剥离强度及压缩剪切强度,低相对分子质量的PUA-122增韧效果最为显著,15%的加入量使胶黏剂的剥离强度从0.39N/cm提高到13.2N/cm,配方优化后可以提高到17.8N/cm。动态热机械分析(DMA)对PUA、CTBN及PSF增韧后的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)进行分析表明,增韧剂的加入降低了固化物的Tg,PUA的增韧主要是以增柔的方式实现。A series of polyurethane acrylates (PUA) with different molecular weights are synthesized with using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polytetrahydrofuran (PTMG) and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA). The effects of molecular weight of PUA on toughening and adhesion are studied in detail, and are compared with the toughening method of CTBN and PSF. The results show that the three toughening methods can improve peel strength and compressive shear strength of the cationic UV curing adhesive effectively, in which the PUA-122 with low molecular weight exhibits the most significant toughening effect. By blending of 15% PUA-122, the peel strength of the toughened cationic adhesive increases from 0.39N/era to 13.2N/era, and even to 17.SN/em if the composition of the adhesive is further optimized. The DMA analysis shows that the addition of PUA, CTBN and PSF lowers the Tg of the cured adhesives to various extent, and the PUA toughening is mainly achieved through the increasing of flexibility.
