摘　　要：目的评价可塑形跟骨钛板内固定手术治疗严重粉碎性跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对79例96足严重粉碎性跟骨骨折给予一期植骨,用可塑形跟骨钛板进行开放复位内固定手术治疗。采用Margland Foot Score系统进行术后功能评价。结果 79例均获得随访,均无内固定松动,植骨及骨折达到骨性愈合,平均愈合时间(2.4±1.1)个月。发生切口延迟愈合3例,无感染及皮肤坏死发生。根据Margland足部评分标准,优48足,良34足,可9足,差5足,优良率85.4%。结论一期植骨、开放复位可塑形跟骨钛板内固定是治疗严重粉碎性骨折的良好方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of internal fixation of ductility titanium plate for severe comminuted calcaneal fracture. Methods Seventy-nine patients （ ninety-six feet） with severe comminuted calcaneal fractures were treated by internal fixation of ductility titanium plate. Margland Foot Score system was taken for the functional evaluation after operation. Results All cases were follow up for 7-43 months,all cases recovered with good healing without cinch,bone graft and bone fracture got bone union,and the average agglutination time was（ 2. 4 ？？1. 1） months. There were three cases with delaying healing and there were no infection and cutaneous necrosis. According to Maryland criteria,an excellent outcome was found in 48 feet,good in 34 feet,fair in 9 feet,poor in 5 feet,and the excellent and good rate was 85. 4%. Conclusion It is a good method at the first time of bone grafting for the treatment of severe comminuted calcaneal fracture with open reducing internal fixation of plastic titanium plate.
