摘  要:采用静电纺丝法制得PVP/Zn(CH3COO)2/Fe(NO3)3复合纳米纤维,经烧结最终得到ZnO-Fe3O4复合纳米纤维。烧结前后的纤维形貌、元素和成分分析用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、热重分析仪(TG)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)来进行表征。结果表明:烧结后的纤维直径和结晶性能受烧结温度影响很大;当烧结温度在400~700℃时,纤维直径随烧结温度的升高而减小,升至800℃时,纤维直径略有增大;从XRD谱图上可以看出,随烧结温度的升高,结晶性能越来越好,烧结温度为700℃时,结晶性能最好。PVP /Zn(CH3COO)2 /Fe(NO3)3 composite nanofibers were prepared,and by high temperature sintering of the above precursor fibers,ZnO-Fe3O4 composite nanofibers were successfully obtained.Field-emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to characterize the nanofibers before and after sintering.The results show that the diameters and the crystallinity of the nanofibers are significantly influenced by sintering temperature.When sintering temperature ranges from 400 ℃ to 700 ℃,the average diameter of nanofibers decreases with the increasing of sintering temperature.However,when up to 800 ℃,the average diameter of fibers increases slightly.X-ray diffraction spectra show that the crystallinity becomes better with the increasing of sintering temperature,and at 700 ℃,the crystallinity is the best.
