摘 要:以经济、质量和安全要素作为一级指标,以炸药成本、合格大块率及爆破振动安全距离等13个要素作为二级指标,建立了露天矿深孔爆破效果评价模型。利用层次分析法确定该模型各级指标的权重,对定性指标量化和定量指标无量纲化处理后,采用模糊综合评判法计算评价结果和选择爆破方案。通过现场实施,该评价模型所选爆破方案能够满足爆破要求,对优化选择露天矿深孔爆破现场方案具有一定的指导意义。Taking economy,quality and safety as the first grade index,and 13 factors such as the cost of explosive,the percent of block with qualified size,the safety distance of blast vibration,etc.,as the second grade index,a evaluation model of effect of deep-hole blasting in open-pit mine are established.The weights of each grade index were calculated by use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).After quantizing the qualitative indexes and taking quantitative indexes into non-dimensional,the estimated results were evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive judgment and blasting scheme was chose.The application showed that the blasting scheme chose by the evaluation model can meet the requests of blasting,the evaluation model is of certain guiding significance for the optimal selection of field scheme of deep-hole blasting in open-pit mine.
