海外矿业开发环境评价模型研究及应用

摘　　要：我国矿产资源十分紧缺,到海外进行矿业开发是弥补我国矿产资源短缺、确保其稳定供应的重要途径,对保持我国经济的快速发展有着重要的作用。首先分析了海外矿业开发环境的评价因素,然后建立了评价模型,并以蒙古国为例,对其矿业开发环境进行了评价,实践证明,所建立的评价模型和得出的结论能为我国进行海外矿产资源开发战略选区提供一定的借鉴意义。China is very short of mineral resources.It is an important means of making up for china＇s lack of mineral resources and ensuring the stable supply of mineral resources to develop mineral resources abroad,and it plays a significant role in maintaining the rapid development of china＇s economy.In this paper,the factors of evaluating the environment for mining development overseas are firstly discussed,and then a evaluative model is set up,finally the environment of mining development in Mongolia is evaluated.The practice have proved that the established evaluation model and the presented conclusions in the paper.The evaluation model and conclusions in the paper can provide some reference for China to select the strategic areas of developing mineral resources overseas.
