摘　　要：1960年发表于《红旗》杂志的"从‘积木式机床’看机床内部的矛盾运动规律"一文,开创了中国工程技术哲学研究传统的历史。其之所以被历史肯定在于朝向中国的工程技术实践本身的研究导向、学者们"为国服务"的学术情怀和强烈的学术自觉。而植根于工程技术实践,哲学家、工程技术研究者、管理者以及生产实践者之间的联盟与对话确立了中国技术哲学的研究传统。因此,西方语境中的技术哲学经验转向对于中国技术哲学来说应当理解为"回到原点"。技术的文化实践本性决定了朝向情境中的技术实践应当是技术哲学经验转向的应有之义,问题导向的"参与"、"联盟"与"对话"也应当是技术哲学家学术研究的基本范式。植根于中国广泛的技术实践会在众多的领域中导致问题的新的提问方式并使新的问题群出现,进而揭示它们本身所蕴含的哲学问题的新的主题和新的概念框架,既是中国技术哲学学者的历史使命,也是中国学者可以贡献给国际技术哲学的智慧。The paper entitled ＂From the ＇Cordwood Machine Tool＇ to See the Law of Contradiction within the Machine Tool＂ was published in the magazine of ＂Red Flag＂ in 1960.It created the history of philosophy of technology about Chinese engineering.That it was consented in history due to its facing the research orientation of Chinese engineering technical practice,the scholars＇ academic feelings of ＂serving our country＂ and strong academic consciousness.What was rooted in engineering technical practice,the alliance and dialogue between philosophers,engineering researchers,managers and people who take part in production practice established the researching tradition of philosophy of technology of china.Thus,the empirical turn of philosophy of technology in the Western context should be understood as ＂back to origin＂ for philosophy of technology of China.The nature of cultural practice of technology determined that the technical practice in the context should be the meaning of empirical turn of philosophy of technology.Meanwhile,＂participation＂,＂alliance＂ and ＂dialogue＂ of problem orientation should be the academic researching basic model of technical philosophers.The extensive technical practice rooted in China might cause new questioning approaches and the appearance of problem groups,revealing new topics and conceptual frameworks of their philosophic problems.It is not only a historic mission of technical philosophers of China,but also wisdom which Chinese scholars might contribute to the international philosophy of technology.
