摘 要:研究了将废钒催化剂经过氧化焙烧、水浸、渣碱浸、离子交换等工序制备偏钒酸铵或五氧化二钒的新工艺。探讨了工艺参数对附加剂配方、氧化焙烧、浸钒、离子交换及偏钒酸铵沉淀影响的规律性,为推广工业生产提供适宜的工艺条件。在此工艺条件下,可以制备出质量优于GB/T 3283—1987冶金99级标准的五氧化二钒产品,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,市场前景广阔。A new process which can be used to prepare ammonium metavanadate(NH4VO3) or vanadic oxide(V2O5) from the waste catalyst containing vanadium through the procedures,such as oxidizing roasting,water immersion,basic immersion,and ion exchange,has been introduced.In order to provide optimum process conditions for the industrial production,the effects of the process parameters on the formula of additives,oxidizing roasting,immersion of vanadium,ion exchange,and precipitation of ammonium metavanadate were investigated so as to find some regularity.Under the above conditions,V2O5 whose quality was superior to the 99 Metallurgy Vanadic Oxide Product Standard(GB/T 3283—1987) could be obtained.The new process has a great market prospect and will bring better economic and social benefits.
