摘 要:目前检验X射线实时检测系统灵敏度的方法,仍主要沿用射线照相灵敏度的检验方法(IQI灵敏度法),用此方法检验时,射线实时检测系统可能达到较高的IQI灵敏度值,但在实际焊缝检测中,有时并不能发现在此灵敏度值下射线照片能发现的裂纹、未熔合等缺陷。分析了目前螺旋焊管焊缝X射线实时检验系统检测灵敏度的校验方法及其中存在的问题,指出此方法不能真实反映X射线实时检测系统的综合检测灵敏度,并参照国外标准,提出一种校验检测灵敏度的方法。the present sensitivity calibration method of X-ray real time inspection system still adopts the IQI sensitivity calibration method. It may obtain higher IQI sensitivity value, but sometimes the defects of cracks, lack of infusion which can be observed in the film could not be observed under this sensitivity value during the actual weld seam inspection by this method. It analyses the calibration method and its existed problem of sensitivity calibration of X-ray real time inspection system for SAW seam, points out that this method can not actual reflect the comprehensive calibration of X-ray real time inspection system and raises a sensitivity calibration method refer to the oversea specification.
