摘 要:全球气候变暖,引起了世界各国的重视,世界各主要经济体将低碳经济作为战略性选择,加快开发新能源,控制温室气体排放。近年来,我国钢铁工业节能减排工作不断的进步,但能源供应对钢铁工业发展的约束却日益显著。做好节能减排工作需从节能减排技术和管理两个方面入手,一方面要推广应用CDQ(干熄焦)、TRT(高炉余压发电)等节能技术;另一方面坚决贯彻国家宏观调控政策,加快建设能源管控中心,共同促进我国钢铁工业节能减排工作的进行。Globe warming is attracting every country' s attention. Low-carbon economy has become the strategic option by the world' s main economic system. In order to control the exhale of greenhouse gas, new kinds of energy are being developed. In recent years, China' s energysaving and emission reduction has got great advance. But, the restraint of energy supply to iron and steel industry is becoming more and more important. In order to do well in energy-saving and emission reduction, both aspects of technique and managerial work should be done. CDQ, TRT and other technologies, about emission reduction, should be widely used; On another hand, macroeconomic control policy should be stick,and EMS should be constructed quickly, making the advance of iron and steel industry' s energy-saving and reducing exhale work in China.
