摘 要:提出了"太阳能光伏非碳冶金"概念.由此进行了太阳能光伏高温冶金实验的探索,分析了太阳能光伏非碳冶金系统结构,并根据研究要求进行系统参数的匹配及选择。设计制造了公称容量为1 Kg的太阳能光伏非碳冶金实验系统并进行了相关实验。通过初步的系统能量分析,验证了系统参数。实验结果表明所设计的系统满足冶炼要求有很好的经济性、稳定性及可操作性。成功实现了太阳能光伏发电技术与钢铁冶金技术的相互渗透和合作融合。A new concept was proposed to research on "non-carbon metallurgy experiment by solar energy photovoltaic technology". The structure of experiment system was analyzed. How to match and choose the system parameters was carried on according to the research needs. Experiment system which capacity is lkg was designed and manufactured and also related experiments were preformed. System parameters were verified by preliminary energy analysis coupled with corresponding analysis it can be shown that the system which has good economy, stability and operability can meet the needs of smelting. It is the interpenetration and blend of technology of PV power and metallurgy.
