摘　　要：在50t车载式VD炉设计阶段,应用Solidworks软件的三维设计模块进行VD炉结构设计,并采用其无缝集成的Cosmos-simulation模块对VD炉进行结构强度分析,基于此进行结构设计优化及分析。在产品的设计阶段预估其结构强度、刚度并优化设计,为产品研发提供指导和依据,缩短产品开发周期及成本。At the design stage of 50t vehicular VD furnace, using 3D design module of Solidworks to complete VD furnace structural design, and using Cosmos-simulation module which is seamlessly integrated with Solidworks to analysis structural strength, on the basis of those, optimization design and analysis. In this way, products structural strength, stiffness could be prediction at design stage, and optimal design. It provides guidance and reference to developed products, and reduces development cycle and costs.
