摘 要:结合河北乐亭县水环境规划,介绍了小城镇水环境规划设计方法,指出应对城区水环境中各种水资源进行综合规划,合理配置。首先应根据给水工程现状及发展规律,合理确定用水指标,预测出适合小城镇发展需要的总需水量,进而确定污水量和排水体制,优化管网布置,建立起供水厂、污水厂与水环境区域之间的水资源配置管理评价体系,实现小城镇水环境健康循环。Combined with the water environment planning of Leting Country, Hebei Province, the design method of water environment planning of small towns is introduced. It is pointed out that the comprehensive planning and rational distribution of different water resources in the town should be performed. First according to the current situation and development rule of the water supply project, the water consumption index is rationally determined, and the general water demand suitable for development requirement of small towns is forecasted to determine the sewage quantity and the drainage system, and then the pipe network layout is optimized, the water resource allocation management and evaluation system between water supply plant, sewage treatment plant and water environment area is built to realize healthy circulation of small town water environment.
