摘　　要：目的:通过探讨中药剂型与合理用药的关系,为临床合理使用中成药提供参考。方法:通过查阅文献,从剂型与疾病的关系、剂型与药效的关系、剂型与不良反应的关系以及中成药"同名异药"现象4个方面阐述中药剂型与合理用药的关系。结果与结论:剂型的合理选择是中药合理用药的一个方面,医药工作者必须引起重视。OBJECTIVE：To explore the relationship between dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and rational drug use in order to offer the reference for rational use of TCM in the clinic.METHODS：By reviewing literatures,the relationship between dosage form and rational use of TCM from the four aspects including the relationship between dosage form and disease,the relationship between dosage form and efficacy,the relationship between dosage form and adverse reactions,as well as phenomenon of＂same name,different drug＂of Chinese patent medicine.RESULTS and CONCLUSION：Rational selection of the dosage form is an aspect of rational use of TCM,and medical and pharmaceutcal statf must attach importance to it.
