电脉冲孕育处理对Al-5.0%Cu合金凝固结构的影响

摘　　要：研究了电脉冲孕育处理对Ａｌ５０％Ｃｕ合金凝固结构的影响。结果表明，电脉冲处理对Ａｌ５０％Ｃｕ合金具有孕育效果，柱状晶区缩小，等轴晶区扩大，晶粒得到了细化。同时研究了不同过热、不同时效时间对脉冲孕育效果的影响。Abstract Investigation was conducted of the effects of electronpulse inoculation treatment on solidified structure of Al50% Cu alloy.The results showed that the inoculation effect on Al50% Cu alloy occurs by using electronpulse inoculation treatment,the columner crystal zones was reduced,equiaxialite zones expanded,thereby,achieving fine grained structure.At the same time,the effect of different superheating and aging time on the electronpulse inoculation was also discussed.
