摘　　要：目的了解山东省农村老年人对社区卫生服务满意状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取610名60岁及以上的农村老年人进行面对面的访谈,应用χ2检验、秩和检验和多元非条件logistic回归分析农村老年人社区卫生服务满意度的影响因素。结果农村老年人对社区卫生服务总体满意度为67%,影响总体满意度的因素有就诊环境、医生技能、服务态度、服务项目、医疗设备、候诊时间、就诊尊重等。结论应加强和完善农村社区卫生服务质量,提高农村老年人对社区卫生服务的满意度。Objective To explore the satisfactory degree of community health service and its influencing factors among the rural elders.Methods Stratified sampling and random sampling were used to select 610 rural elderly people from Shandong Province.They were face to face surveyed.Chi square test,nonparametric test and logistic regress were used to analysis the influencing factors of the satisfactory degree of community health service.Results The general satisfactory degree of community health service is 67% among the rural elders.Treatment environment,doctors＇ skill,service attitude,service items,medical equipment waiting time,treatment respect can influence the degree of community health service.Conclusion Community health service ought to be strengthened and improved continually in order to increase the satisfactory degree of the elderly in rural areas.
