摘　　要：本文利用1999—2007年我国29个地区的面板数据,系统地探讨FDI的不同溢出效应对内资经济增长质量的影响及其制约因素。研究结果显示,外资企业的技术转移与扩散对内资经济增长质量具有正面作用;外资企业的溢出效应(主要是竞争效应)对内资经济增长质量主要是负面作用,只有在外资聚集水平高的子样本中,外资的技术溢出效应与外资企业生产本地化反映的技术转移、扩散效应趋近时,才对内资经济增长质量具有正面作用。研究还发现,技术差距、外资聚集水平和增加值率差距是影响FDI企业的技术转移与扩散对内资经济增长质量效应的重要因素。With the panel data of 29 districts from 1999 to 2007 in China,the paper analyzed impacts of different spillover effect of FDI on the quality of domestic economic growth and factors.The results showed that technology transfer and diffusion of FDI has a positive effect the quality of local economic growth,but the spillover effect which is reflected by the level of FDI participation mainly has a negative role on it.Only in the sub-sample of high levels of FDI agglomeration,the level of FDI participation has a positive effect on it when the spillover effect that was reflected by the depth of foreign participation approach to the effect of technology transfer and diffusion of FDI.The research also found that the technological gap,agglomeration level of FDI and the gap of ratio of value added are important factors affecting effects of technology transfer and diffusion of FDI on the quality of economic growth.
