摘　　要：工业化发展加剧了生态危机,导致食品安全问题频发。本文首先界定外源技术和内源技术的内涵及区别,指出外源技术的局部性、工具性、非生态的特征,以及内源技术的整体性、系统性和生态性的特征;在此基础上分析了五种生产方式的演化,指出生态生产取代大规模生产的必然性,应依靠内源技术而非外源技术实现大食品安全;外源技术的工具性特征解决不了生态的系统性风险,生态系统的综合生产力决定了"原生态是第一生产力",内源技术为我们赶超西方创造了良好机遇。从食品产业到大农业,进而到其他产业的产业链传导机制,促进了生态改善与食品安全良性循环的实现。With the development of industrialization,ecological crisis intensifies meanwhile.The problem concerning food safety breaks out frequently.This paper first defines the connotation of exogenous technology and endogenous technology,pointing out the essential differences between the limitation,instrument and non-ecology characteristics of exogenous technology and integrity,system and ecology characteristics of endogenous technology.Based on this,the author analyzes five types of production evolvement,pointing out that the mass production mode is necessarily replaced by the ecological production mode.Overall food safety should depend on endogenous technology instead of exogenous technology.The instrumental essence cannot settle the problem of ecological systematic risk.The comprehensive productivity of ecological system determines original ecology is the primary productive force.The development of endogenous technology creates a good opportunity for us to overtake the western countries.Through the industry chain transmission mechanism from the food industry,integrated agriculture to other industries,it is to achieve a positive circle of food security and ecological improvement.
