摘 要:电站燃煤锅炉运行中,灰污染使得传热热阻变大,导致排烟热损失增加,锅炉效率降低。由灰污染引起的实际运行状态与无灰污染状态时的锅炉效率偏差即为灰污染损失。文中建立了灰污染损失的计算模型,包括排烟温度偏差和传热量偏差2个子模型,介绍了建模原理和方法,并对模型的正确性进行了初步验证。所建模型基于能量守恒和换热过程一般原理,建模和偏差分析过程均不涉及任何线性化的数学处理,因而保证了模型计算结果与真实值的一致性。In the heat transfer process of coal-fired utility boilers,ash deposition increases the thermal resistance of the heating surfaces,causing thermal loss of the exhaust gas increases and boiler efficiency reduces.Due to this ash pollution,the deviation of efficiency would appear between the actual running state and no ash fouling state of the boiler.The mathematical model for computing this thermal loss was established,including two sub models: exhaust gas temperature deviations model and heat transfer quantity deviation model.These models were based on the conservation of energy and the general principle of the heat transfer process.And the process of modeling and deviation analysis did not involve any linear mathematical treatments.It ensures the consistency in the results of model calculation and the actual running.
