摘 要:锅炉的煤粉在线监测对于节能减排、燃烧优化等起重要作用。基于光脉动法在线测量煤粉平均粒度的原理,结合频谱分析方法,提出了光脉动谱法,可以在线测量煤粉的粒度分布和浓度。通过对光脉动法在线测得的煤粉时间序列信号进行分析,得到不同频率段煤粉的脉动信号,分析了各频率段脉动信号与煤粉粒度分布间的关系,据此得到煤粉的粒度分布和浓度。实验结果与取样筛分得到的煤粉粒度分布进行了比较,二者吻合很好。In-line measurement of pulverized coal in utility boilers is important for optimization of combustion and reducing the emission of NOx.A novel method based on the principles of light fluctuation and spectrum analysis was proposed for measuring the size distribution and concentration of pulverized coal in power plant.By analyzing the power spectrum of time series signals of the transmitted light intensity with light fluctuation method,the relationship between the size and frequency of the signal was established.With this new method,the size distribution and concentration of pulverized coal may be measured.Experiments in a power plant were carried out.The measured size distribution of pulverized coal agrees well with the measurement result of sieving.
