摘 要:为评估和提高并网风力发电机组的实时可靠性,优化其维修策略,有必要利用在线监测数据对机组的实时运行状态进行评估。首先,通过分析风电机组控制系统所监测物理量,应用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)构建具有反映机组运行状态重要特征的项目层和子项目层框架;其次,针对子项目层中存在多项评判指标同时发生严重偏离的情况,引入劣化度指标,并应用模糊综合评判方法,建立风电机组运行状态评估的改进模型;最后,基于某850 kW并网风电机组在一段时间内的实际监测数据,用所提出的运行状态评估模型进行了计算,并与常规评估方法进行比较。实际运行结果表明,所建立的状态评估模型和方法是正确和有效的。In order to assess and improve the real-time reliability of a grid-connected wind turbine generator system(WTGS),and to optimize the maintenance strategy,it is necessary to use on-line monitoring data to assess the real-time operating conditions.Firstly,by analyzing the monitoring physical quantities of the control system of a WTGS and by using a method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a project structure including the layer and the sub-layer was proposed,which can reflect important features of the operational conditions.Secondly,according to the conditions of the simultaneous deviation for multiple evaluated indexes in the sub-layer,a degree of inferiority indicator was adapted in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the improved model of operating conditions assessment for the WTGS was proposed.Finally,based on the actual monitoring data of a 850 kW WTGS within a period of time,the operating conditions were evaluated by using the improved method and model,and also compared with the traditional assessment method.The practical operational results show that the proposed assessment model and method are correct and effective.
