中医辨证论治高血压早期肾损害52例临床评价

摘　　要：目的:评价中医辨证联合西医治疗高血压病早期肾损害的临床疗效。方法:100例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(48例)。两组均予相同的常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予中医辨证口服中药。两组疗程均为6个月。观察治疗前后两组的血压及尿ALB、尿β2-MG的变化。结果:治疗后两组收缩压和舒张压与治疗前比较均有显著降低(P<0.01);治疗后两组尿ALB和尿β2-MG水平与治疗前比较均有显著降低(P<0.01);治疗后观察组尿ALB和尿β2-MG水平降低比对照组更显著(P<0.01)。结论:中医辨证联合西医治疗高血压病早期肾损害效果显著,其疗效优于单纯西医治疗。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine in the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertension. Methods：100 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups （ 52 cases） and control group（ 48 cases）. Two groups were given the same conventional treatment,the observation group were given oral medicine on the basis of conventional therapy. The course of treatment groups were 6 months. Before and after treatment to observe the blood pressure and urine ALB,urinary ？2-MG changes in two groups. Results：After treatment systolic and diastolic blood pressure of both groups were significantly lower than that of before treatment （ P 0. 01） ; After treatment urinary ALB and urine ？2-MG levels of the two groups were significantly lower than that of before treatment （ P 0. 01） ; After treatment urinary ALB and urine ？2-MG level of the observation group reduced more pronounced than the control group （ P 0. 01）. Conclusion：It is more pronounced effect that the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine in the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertension,Its efficacy is superior to Western medical treatment alone.
