肝肾清毒饮联合中药灌肠治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肝肾清毒饮联合中药灌肠治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的疗效并评价其安全性。方法:将65例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,对照组32例,给予护肝、退黄降酶、促肝细胞生长等综合治疗。治疗组33例,在综合治疗的基础上加服肝肾清毒饮及中药保留灌肠治疗,疗程为1个月,观察两组治疗前后肝功能、凝血酶原活动度、血清内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子、血氨、中医症状积分等指标。结果:治疗1个月后,对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为63.64%、43.74%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者肝功能、凝血酶原活动度、血清内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子、中医症状积分的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝肾清毒饮联合中药灌肠明显改善慢性重型乙型肝炎患者肝功能、凝血酶原活动度、血清内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子、中医症状积分,且明显提高疗效,同时也是安全可靠的。Objective：To observe the treatment effects of chronic severe hepatitis B with GanShenQingDuYin and Chinese medicine retention enema. Methods：65 patients of chronic severe hepatitis B were divided into two groups in random. The 32 patients in control group were treated with protecting liver cells,keeping the balance of water,salt and electrolyte and other integrated supporting treatment for the symptom in western medicine. In the base of the treatments which were used in the control group,the 33 patients in the treatment group take GanShenQingDuYin and Chinese medicine retention enema. The control group and the treatment group were treated for one month respectively. The improvements of liver function,prothrombin activity,Chinese medicine symptom score,endotoxin,tumor necrosis factor-alpha （ TNF-？？ and blood ammonia. Results：The total effective rate was 63. 64% in the treatment group after 1-month treatment,and 43. 74% in the control group,There were significant difference in the two groups （ P 0. 05）. The treatment group could improve liver function,prothrombin activity,ease chinese medicine symp-tom score,reduce endotoxin and tumor necrosis factor-alpha（ TNF-？？ ,There were significant difference compared with control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：GanShenQingDuYin and Chinese medicine retention enema can improve liver function,prothrombin activity,ease chinese medicine symptom score,reduce endotoxin and tumor necrosis factor-alpha（ TNF-α and increase effective rate.
