摘　　要：生存质量是一种新型的健康评价方法,已经在医学领域得到广泛应用。通过研究近20年国内外生存质量在临床上应用的相关文献,对生存质量在临床疗效评价中的运用与发展进行综述,阐述了生存质量的定义与测量,总结了生存质量在临床疗效评价中的具体运用。Quality of life is a new healthy evaluation method and it has been used in medicine widely. The artical provides an overview of the application and development of quality of life on the eval uation in clinical curative effect through research literature on the application of quality of life on clinical trials in the last twenty years. It expands definition and measuring method of quality of life ,and to make a summary,the application of quality of life on the evaluation in clinical curative effect.
