摘　　要：介绍了搓板式气门校正机的机械结构，分析了气门杆部弯曲校直和盘部偏歪校正的机理，讨论了机器结构，托板形状和气门在两搓板间的过盈配合量对校正质量和效率的影响。最后对校正气门发生减径。The mechanical structure of washboard valve leveler is introduced ,The alignment mechanics of curving bar and hemilateral pan of the valve is analyzed, The mechanical ,the shape of washboard and the effect of alignment quality and efficiency cause by shrink adaption range of the valve between two washboard are discussed. Finally,the phenomenon of diameter decrement of the alignment valve , the work harden and the heatingi up are expeained.
