摘 要:研究了存在初应力时周期压电-压磁层状结构中水平剪切波(SH波)的传播特性,这里SH波的传播方向是垂直于界面的。首先推导了计入初应力效应时压电和压磁介质控制微分方程的通解,然后利用界面条件和周期性条件,得到了显式的频散方程。对于由BaTiO3和Terfenol-D构成的周期层状结构,数值结果表明了初应力对禁带效应和传播速度的影响,所得结果可为压电-压磁层状结构在声表面波器件中的应用提供理论参考。The propagation characteristic of horizontally polarized shear waves (SH-waves) in a periodic multilayered piezoelectric-piezomagnetic composite with initial stress was considered, where the propagation direction of SH waves is normal to the interfaces. The general solutions to the governing differential equations for piezoelectric and piezomagnetic layers are first derived. By applying the interfacial and periodic conditions to the general solutions, the explicit dispersion equation is obtained. For the periodically layered structure consisting of BaTiO3 layers and Terfenol-D layers, the dispersion equation is solved numerically to show the influence of the initial stress on the stop band effect and propagation velocity. The results obtained are useful for applications of layered piezoelectric-piezomagnetic composites to acoustic wave and microwave devices.
