家庭教育对出院精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨影响出院精神分裂症患者生活质量的因素，对患者及其家属实施系统化家庭教育以提高患者的生活质量。方法对104例康复出院的精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各52例。干预组：给予个体化的康复训练，并对其家属实施为期3个月的系统化家庭教育；对照组：实施一般性的出院健康指导。两组均随访1年，应用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQO-LI）评定并比较两组患者的生活质量。结果干预组的总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能均比对照组好（P〈0．01），物质生活方面两组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者的生活质量涉及心身健康多个方面，系统化家庭教育有助于增进患者自我照顾能力，减缓患者的功能衰退，提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the factors affecting quality of life in patients with schizophrenia discharged from hospital, patients and their relatives were practised series family education so as to improve patients＇quality of life. Methods A total of 104 recovery patients with schizophrenia discharged from hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each group with 52 cases. Patients in the intervention group were arranged individual rehibilation plan and their relatives were practised series family education for three months. The control group was only practised general health educations. After followed up one year, the two groups were measured by the general quality of life inventory （GQOLI） and the data were compared between the two groups. Results The general quality of life and subfae- tors such as physical function , mental function and social function in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . The material life had no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusions The quality of life in patients with schizophrenia involves various aspects of mental and physical health. Series family education is helpful to improve patients＇ability of care himself, to relieve patients＇function failure and to rise quality of life.
