足叶乙苷长循环脂质体的抑瘤性作用

摘　　要：目的:进行足叶乙苷长循环脂质体的抑瘤性研究。方法:通过C57BL/6 J小鼠接种Lewis肺癌,建立肿瘤模型后给药,以16 d的小鼠肿瘤重量为指标,进行抑瘤率考察,同时进行病理切片观察。结果:足叶乙苷长循环脂质体组的抑瘤率为64.15%,明显高于足叶乙苷注射液组的47.92%、普通脂质体组的58.49%。肿瘤组织病理切片的结果显示,足叶乙苷长循环脂质体组的肿瘤组织出现明显的核凝固坏死现象。结论:足叶乙苷长循环脂质体具有一定的抑瘤性能。Objective： To determine tumor-inhibiting effect of etoposide long-circulating liposomes（ETP-LCL）.Methods： Lewis lung cancer cells（LCC） were inoculated in C57BL/6J mice to establish tumor model.ETP-LCL was administered after induction of the tumor.The weight of tumor after the administration was measured to evaluate tumor inhibition rate.Meanwhile,pathology of tumor tissue was observed.Results： The tumor inhibition rate was 64.15% in ETP-LCL group,which was higher than those in etoposide injection group（47.92%） and in conventional liposome group（58.49%）.Morphological examination showed that a visible tumor necrosis and ruptures of nuclear solidification in tumor tissues after ETP-LCL treatment.Conclusion： ETP-LCL possesses an anti-tumor activity.
