中西医结合疗法在痔病术后镇痛的临床运用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨平衡镇痛的新理念,采用中西医结合治疗痔病术后疼痛,提高患者生活质量,促进术后康复。方法:将160例临床痔病手术患者随机分为两组:无痛治疗组和常规治疗组,比较两组的疗效。结果:无痛治疗组均为轻度疼痛;常规治疗组均为重度疼痛,即止痛效果不满意。治疗组疼痛度与对照组比较有显著性差异,(P<0.05)。结论:止痛膏、生肌止痛栓及硝矾洗剂3种中药分别从外用、纳肛、坐浴3个方面结合针灸、西药克泽普术区注射进行综合治疗能有效缓解痔病术后疼痛,提高患者生活质量,促进术后康复。Objective ： In order to investigate new theory of balanced nalgesia, use the Integrative Medical Treatment to reduce the postoperative pain of hemorrhoids, to improve the quality of life of patients and to promote post - operative rehabilitation. Methods ： The 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the group of painless treatment and the group of conventional treatment, comparing the effects of two groups at last. Results ： Painless treatment group were mild pain; conventional treatment group were severe pain, the analgesic effects are not satisfied. This is a significant differ- ence between the two groups （ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion ： Use the three kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine. Analgesic Plaster Muscle and Analgesic Suppositories and Nitric Acid Alum Lotion by the external use, the anal use and bath use to relieve the pain of hemorrhoid surgery effectively and improve the quality of life of patients with Acupuncture Treatment and Ke Zepu microinjection technique.
