垂体腺瘤E-钙黏素和β-连环素的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:采用免疫组化方法检测E-钙黏素和β-连环素在人类侵袭性、非侵袭性及复发性垂体腺瘤中的表达,并探讨其相关关系,为进一步了解人类垂体腺瘤的生物学行为提供依据。方法:对56例垂体腺瘤病理标本采用免疫组化EnVision法,以单克隆抗体直接检测E-钙黏素、β-连环素的表达。按染色强度和阳性范围评估免疫组化结果,分析黏附分子表达程度与垂体腺瘤有无侵袭性及术后复发的相关关系。结果:E-钙黏素在侵袭性、非侵袭性垂体腺瘤之间阳性表达程度差异有统计学意义(uc=2.36,P<0.05),β-连环素在侵袭性、非侵袭性垂体腺瘤之间阳性表达程度差异也有统计学意义(uc=2.41,P<0.05)。在术后复发、未复发垂体腺瘤中,E-钙黏素阳性表达程度差异有统计学意义(uc=2.42,P<0.05),β-连环素阳性表达程度差异有统计学意义(uc=2.14,P<0.05)。结论:E-钙黏素、β-连环素的低表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性相关;E-钙黏素、β-连环素较低表达的垂体腺瘤,术后更易出现复发。Objective：For further understanding of biological benaviors of pituitary adenoma,to analyze the expres-sion of E-cadherin and β-catenin in the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma 、the non-invasiveness of pituitary adenoma and recurrent pituitary adenomas by immunohistochemistry and the association between them were studied.Methods：The specimens included in this study were collected from 56 pituitary adenoma cases,EnVision was used in immunohistochemical staining,The E-cadherin and β-catenin were direct tested by the monoclonal antibodies.The results were graded depending on the staining intensity and positive range of the immunoreactivity,the correlation between the expression of the E-cadherin and β-catenin with the invasiveness、non-invasiveness and postoperative recurrence of pituitary adenoma were analyzed.Results： The positive staining degrees of the E-cadherin were insignificantly different in the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma 、the non-invasiveness of pituitary adenoma（uc = 2.36,P 〈 0.05）,The positive staining degrees of the β-catenin were insignificantly different in the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma 、the non-invasiveness of pituitary adenoma （uc =2.41,P 〈0.05）;The positive staining degrees of the E-cadherin were insignificantly different in the postoperative recurrence and the postoperative non-recurrent of pituitary adenoma（uc = 2.42,P 〈 0.05）,The positive staining degrees of the β-catenin were insignificantly different in the postoperative recurrence and the postoperative non-recurrent（uc =2.14,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： E-cadherin and β-catenin significantly down-regulated were related to the invasive pituita-ry adenoma.The less expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin,the pituitary adenoma will be more easily to recur.
