中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究近况

摘　　要：对近年来中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究现状,分别从病因病机(脾肾亏虚、肾络瘀阻、浊毒内停、微型癥瘕)、辨证论治(分期论治、基本方、中成药)和机理研究(对细胞因子的调节作用、对糖脂代谢的影响、调节肾素-血管紧张素系统功能、改善血管内皮功能)等3个方面进行了概述。The paper, basing on 25 relevant articles on TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathies, makes a detailed analysis about the current researches in this field, and then discusses them from the following three aspects： 1 ） etiology and pathogenesis （spleen- kidney deficiency, kidney collateral stasis, retained turbid bane, and micro renal fibrosis）, 2 ） syndrome differentiation and treatment （TCM syndrome - typing based therapy, basic prescription, and Chinese patent medicine ）, 3） mechanism study （ regulation effects on cytokines, effects on glyeolipid metabolism, the regulation of reninangiotensin system function, and improving of Vascular endothelium function）.
