单纯头针与头电针治疗急性期缺血性脑血管病的临床对比

摘　　要：目的:对比头电针治疗对脑梗死患者瘫肢肌力的影响与常规头针操作的疗效,从卒中患者运动功能评估量表(MAS)及治疗前后肌力改变进行系统观察,两者结果经统计学处理,分析其有无统计学意义,来得出头电针治疗是否比头针更有利于患者瘫肢肌力提高的结论。方法:将60例急性期脑梗死患者按随机对照原则,分成治疗组(头电针组)和对照组(头针组),均治疗30天,观察治疗前后MAS评分的变化和患肢肌力的改变,两组数值经统计学组间比较以确定其是否具有统计学意义。结果:治疗前两组MAS评分结果为治疗组16.43±6.08,对照组15.93±5.59,治疗后治疗组42.50±3.73,对照组38.67±3.20,治疗组和对照组在治疗前后自身比较,P值均为P=0.000<0.01,提示两组治疗前后MAS评分的改变均有显著性差异;治疗后两组间比较P=0.000,即P<0.01,提示治疗后两组间MAS评分的改变有显著性差异。结论:头电针和头针均可显著提高MAS评分及改变患肢肌力,而加电针作用更优。Objective：This observation aims to compare the first electro-acupuncture therapy on cerebral palsy pa-tients with normal limb muscle strength and efficacy of scalp acupuncture operations,from the assessment of motor func-tion in patients with stroke scale（MAS） and the changes in muscle strength before and after treatment,systematic obser-vation,Results of both statistical processing,analysis,statistical significance of its availability,whether it comes Chutou electro-acupuncture treatment more favorable than the scalp to improve muscle strength in patients with limb paralysis conclusion.Methods：60 patients with acute cerebral infarction randomized controlled by the principle of divided into treatment group（the first electro-acupuncture group） and control group（scalp acupuncture group） were treated for 30 days were observed before and after treatment MAS scores changes and limb muscle strength change in value of the two groups statistically between the two groups to determine whether statistically significant.Results：MAS score results of the first two groups treated group 16.43 ± 6.08,control group 15.93 ± 5.59 after treatment,treatment group,42.50 ± 3.73,38.67 ± 3.20 in control group,treatment group and control group before and after treatment self-comparison,P values are for P = 0.000 〈0.01,prompted two changes before and after treatment MAS scores were significantly different;after treatment between the two groups P = 0.000,ie P 〈0.01,prompted MAS score after treatment between the two groups was significant change in differences.Conclusion： The first electro-acupuncture and scalp acupuncture could significantly improve the MAS score and change in limb muscle strength,but increases in the role of electro-acupuncture better
