摘　　要：骨关节炎是中老年人常见的多发难治性疾病,西医以非甾体抗炎止痛药和软骨生物活性物质为主,但除手术外尚不能根治。近年来中医治疗OA疗效确切,不良反应少,特别是临床采用多种中医外治法,取得显著疗效,对OA中医外治法的作用机理及其优劣势的进展进行了综述。Osteoarthritis is multiple intractable diseases in elderly patients, Medical Treatment based on the principle of Non - steroidal anti - inflammatory analgesic and cartilage biologically active substances, But still no cure except surgery outside.
