天仙子的本草考证及炮制历史沿革研究

摘　　要：目的:研究天仙子的用药历史以正本清源。方法:考察古今本草典籍,结合现代研究,对天仙子的名称考释、植物形态、产地分布、品种、功能主治和炮制历史沿革进行考证。结果:天仙子为茄科植物莨菪Hyoscya-mus niger L.的干燥成熟种子,产地、性状、功能主治与现代文献基本一致,现代炮制方法为古代方法的沿用。结论:古代本草著作的记载与现代基本一致。Objective：To clear the origin of authentic Chinese herb,Hyoscyamus niger L.Methods：Textual researches were performed in the aspects of name investigation,plant morphology,habitate,species,actions and indications,and historical evolution of processing,by consulting ancient and modern herbal works,combined with modern scientific re-searches.Results：Hyoscyamus niger L.was the original herb.Its plant morphology,habitate,actions and indications are similar to those in modern reports.The main processing method nowadays takes over the ancient methods.Conclusion：The records of Hyoscyamus niger L.in the ancient herbal works are basically same with those in the modern works
