注射用参附药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的:考察注射用参附回阳救逆,益气固脱及对胸痹证等的治疗作用。方法:研究了注射用参附对小鼠内毒素性休克死亡的作用,对失血性休克猫的影响,对麻醉开胸犬心肌缺血—再灌注损伤的影响。结果:注射用参附静脉注射给药对小鼠内毒素性休克死亡有明显的保护作用,其ED50为21.8mg/kg,与阳性组比较结果无显著性差别(P>0.05);对失血性休克猫呼吸、血压、房室间,室间传导阻滞程度有明显的改善作用,缓解心肌缺血,对失血性休克猫存活时间及存活率均有明显的增加,存活率与对照组比较差别有极显著意义(P<0.01);对麻醉开胸犬心肌缺血—再灌注的影响主要对缺血—再灌注损伤的心肌细胞有很好的保护作用,减少心肌梗死范围。注射用参附中剂量在后二个实验中各项指标与阳性对照组相比差别无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用参附具有回阳救逆,益气固脱及治疗胸痹的药理作用,与阳性对照参附注射液相比作用基本一致。Objective：To investigate the effect of shenfu for injection on recuperating vitality,benefiting qi and deal-ing with collapse and treating Thoracic obstruction.Methods：Through studying the effect on mouse with endotoxic shock and death,on cats with with cardiogenic shock,and on the anesthetized open-chest canines myocardium during ische-mia-reperfusion.Results：Shenfu for injection has protective effect on mouse with endotoxic shock and death.ED50 is 21.8mg/kg,which compared with the positive group is not statistically different（P 〉 0.05）.It has significantly impro-ving effect on the breath,BP,AVB,and ventricle-ventricle block,can relieve myocardial ischemia,prolong the life time of cats with cardiogenic shock.and increase the survival rate,which is significantly different vs.negative group（P 〈 0.01）.It has good protective effect on myocardial cells of canines with the ischemia-reperfusion injury,and decrea-ses MI.The indexes of middle dose group in the last two experiments are not different from those of positive group（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Shenfu for injection has the pharmacological effects of recuperating vitality,benefiting qi and dealing with collapse and treating thoracic obstruction,which are similar to those of positive group
