阅兵方队运动性蛋白尿队员血清超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛含量的测定及临床意义

摘  要:目的测定武警阅兵方队运动性蛋白尿患者血清超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的含量并探讨其临床意义。方法随机抽取64名接受国庆60周年阅兵方队训练的武警战士,均为男性,18~26岁。留取训练前和训练6月后的尿样化验尿常规,并于训练6个月后留取血样测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。又随机抽取30名性别、年龄相匹配的正常人及30名同期进行常规训练的武警战士进行比较。结果阅兵方队组运动性蛋白尿的发生率为78.1%,显著高于常规训练组(33.3%。P〈0.05)。阅兵方队组发生运动后蛋白尿者的SOD水平为(34.13±10.571U/ml,显著低于不发生运动性蛋白尿者[(57.34±11.23)U/ml,P〈0.051,MDA水平为(41.26±15.11)nmol/ml,显著高于不发生运动性蛋白尿者『(26.79±11.45)nmol/ml,P〈0.05]。阅兵部队组的平均SOD水平为(49.37±9.42)U/ml,显著低于常规训练组【(62.12±14.51)U/ml,P〈0.05】,而阅兵部队组的平均MDA水平为(37.35±8.64)nmo//ml,显著高于常规训练组[(23.92±6.73)nmol/ml,P〈0.05]。阅兵部队组和常规训练组的平均SOD水平均显著低于正常对照组[(98.35±22.32)U/ml,均P〈0.05],阅兵部队组的和常规训练组的平均MDA水平均显著高于正常对照组『(8.74±2.55)nmol/ml,P〈0.05)。结论血清SOD和MDA含量可以作为反映运动强度和运动员机能状态的辅助指标。Objective To investigate the serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) of armed policemen undergoing training for military parade with proteinuria and the clinical significance thereof. Methods Urine samples were collected from 64 armed policemen undergoing training for military parade, all male, aged 18-26, in late June 2009, i.d, at the end of training, to conduct routine urine examination. Peripheral blood samples were collected in late June to determine the levels of SOD and MDA. Thirty sex and aged-matched armed policemen undergoing routine training and 30 healthy persons were randomly selected as controls. Results The serum SOD level of the armed policemen with proteinuria in the parade square group was (34.13±10.57) U/ml, significantly lower than that of the persons without proteinuria [(57.34± 11.23) U/ml, P〈0.05]. The serum MDA level of the armed policemen with proteinuria in the parade square group was (41.26±15.11 )nmol/ml, significantly higher than that of the persons without proteinuria [(26.79± 11.45)nmol/ml , P〈0.05]. The average SOD level of the parade square group was (49.37±9.42) U/ml, significantly lower than that of the routine training group [(62.12± 14.51) U/ml, P〈0.05). The average MDA level of the parade square group was (37.35 ±8.64) nmol/ml, significantly higher than that of the routine training group [(23.92±6.73)nmol/ml, P〈0.05]. The levels of average SOD of the parade square group and routine training group were both significantly lower than that of the normal control group [(98.35±22.32) U/ml, both P〈0.05], and the average MDA levels of the parade square group and routine training group were both significantly higher than that of the normal control group [(8.74±2.55)nmol/ml, P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum SOD and MDA levels can be used as supplementary indicators of training load and body status.
